Project Voyage
A Sprawling Suburban Residence Transforms into a Home for Globe Trotters
Project Voyage is the interior design of a country residence in the United States, created for a family of four with roots in Asia and a new chapter beginning in America.
Unlike our work in Paris, where space optimisation is often the primary driver, this large, sprawling home allowed us to explore a different design approach. Here, the focus was on crafting a new identity for the house, one that could reflect the layered histories of its owners while also supporting their future together.
The home needed to embody their diverse cultural heritage while providing space for both intimate family life and their love of entertaining, including hosting extended family and friends for long stays. The design weaves together varied cultural influences and family traditions, shaping interiors that are at once timeless, welcoming, and deeply personal.
By creating spaces that honour the family’s past while providing a flexible framework for their present and future, we ensured the home feels both grounded and open to new journeys.
