This project challenged us to reconfigure a Parisian apartment to create a space that could serve as a central hub for a family of three. We studied the daily needs of each family member individually and together - their meals, their work/play from home habits, their family interactions as well as the way they liked to entertain family and friends.

Though the eventual changes were limited to removing one partition wall and creating a new kitchen along a wall in the previous salon, the transformation in terms of family routines went far beyond a simple kitchen remodel.
